PHILADELPHIA — Sumeet Singh, President & Founder of Five Rivers RX, was among the eighteenth cohort of 30 graduates who recently completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses-Greater Philadelphia program.
Five Rivers RX is a company dedicated to being a partner to the pharmaceutical supply chain, by providing consulting, administrative services and software products focused on compliance and commercial requirements.
“10,000 Small Businesses has changed the way I think about being a business owner. Throughout the program, I have learned skills that I have put into practice immediately. And since the start of the program, Five Rivers RX has significantly sophisticated numerous aspects of the company, especially in how we leverage technology for on-going operations.”
The business leaders have spent 14 weeks – roughly 100 class hours – at the Community College of Philadelphia studying a business and management curriculum designed by Babson College and delivered by Community College of Philadelphia faculty. The curriculum covered accounting, human resources, negotiation, and marketing, among other topics. The program also included one-on-one business advising, accounting workshops, and advice from Goldman Sachs professionals.
Based just outside of Philadelphia, Five Rivers RX provides actionable guidance and excellent administrative services with a focus on client care across Compliance, Commercial, and Quality solutions. Our mission is to improve the health and welfare of the American public by providing solutions and implementing best practices for companies in the pharmaceutical supply chain.
